Typical SERS spectrum of heroin on Klarite acquired with a portable mini-Raman system at 785nm. The aqueous solution used for the drop coat had a concentration of 0.1mM (37 ppm, 37ug/ml). The main vibrational modes of this molecule are marked. The spectrum is baseline corrected.
