Klarite SERS Performance

Reproducibility - no hot spots

Reproducibility data from 567 spectra taken at 10um intervals over a 200um x 260um area on Klarite SERS substrate. Magnitude of the 1072cm-1 Raman peak is shown. Average signal level 30,000 counts. Relative standard deviation observed <7%.

Spectra recorded on Horiba Jobin Yvon's LabRAM ARAMIS Raman system with 785nm excitation, 15mW laser power, 10 sec exposure time. No background subtraction has been applied. Sample: 0,5 millimolar L-Alanine diluted with purified water.

Benzenethiol

Spectra recorded on Horiba Jobin Yvon's LabRAM ARAMIS Raman system with 532nm excitation, 0.26mW laser power, 10 sec exposure time. Sample: 1 micromolar concentration Rhoadamine 6G dye in de-ionised water solution.
